Hi Team, I want to change the numbers is quantity Buttons however when Changing Numbers in Quantity Buttons, only figure "7,8,9,0" can be used. I can't used 1 - 6. It seems that it is not the error from my computer where Shift + 2 is coming out with @. I am wondering how can i fix this. Regards, Hein |

We are confused by the mention of "Shift + 2". Why would you be using such an item when entering a number for the quantity? Exactly what number are you trying to enter for the Quantity 4 button? Are you entering these numbers from the main alphanumeric part of the keyboard (i.e. the numbers above the letters) or are you trying to enter them from a keypad (the numbers off to the side setup like a phone)? If you are only trying to do this from a keypad, please try to enter the numbers from the main keyboard. If this works, then there is something wrong with the way your keypad is setup. Hi there, Let me clarify a bit. you can ignore shift + 2, that is just to say my keybaord is working. I don't have keypad, i am entering with alphanumeric part of the keyboard (i.e. the numbers above the letters). I am trying to enter 2 contract in 1st button, 3 contract in 2nd button, 5 contract in 3rd button, 6 contract in 4th button; But i can't enter all these numbers/contract. Only number it is working with the keyboard is 7,8,9,0 (as you can see in 6th button). Hopefully, this clarifies you. Regards |

Please uncheck the option for "Use Config Name as Text Tag" and then type in the following to the "Text Tag" field: 1234567890abc Then get us an image of that window so we can see if the information is going to that field correctly. I see where is the problem. I have hotkey set for 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, which leads to i can't enter these numbers. I also havs hotkeys for a and c, as you can see i can't enter these letters. Is there anyway to type the hotkey numbers when entering in trade windows? |

If you have setup those keys as Keyboard Shortcuts in Sierra Chart, then there is not a way to change how they function. They will call the keyboard shortcut they are setup for. If you are using some other tool, then you would need to see if it has an option to turn it off temporarily. In general, we do not recommend setting hotkeys to a single keystroke, for exactly this reason. You should use a modifier key along with the particular key you want to use, such as CTRL + 1, or ALT + 2.
