We are confused by the mention of "Shift + 2". Why would you be using such an item when entering a number for the quantity? Exactly what number are you trying to enter for the Quantity 4 button? Are you entering these numbers from the main alphanumeric part of the keyboard (i.e. the numbers above the letters) or are you trying to enter them from a keypad (the numbers off to the side setup like a phone)? If you are only trying to do this from a keypad, please try to enter the numbers from the main keyboard. If this works, then there is something wrong with the way your keypad is setup.
