I would like to always see the crosshair on the chart, but when I click and hold the left mouse button, I want to be able to pan around (just like with the Hand tool). Basically, I want the crosshair to always be visible, but also be able to move the chart freely by holding the left click, as if using the Hand tool. Is that possible?
