Hi, i contacted my Prop Firm to solve some losses, they told me to contact sierra chart to resolve any problem from the root. i sent the message log to review in the platform. if for some reason you cant not acces the MesLog from 9:55 EST, here my recordings of the session:https://www.youtube.com/live/-70WkCKlLmU Problems arise in Min 9:40-10:35. This is not clear to us. What exactly do you mean by "data errors"? We are not going to look at a video. We need a precise explanation of the issue. Additionally, there is nothing in the log that shows any particular issue. But, we do want to point out that you have charts for the NASDAQ TotalView symbols, and there are known issues with Rithmic when there are charts for symbols that are not specific to them, which includes all of the NASDAQ TotalView symbols. Our recommendation for this is to install a second Sierra Chart and keep that connected to "SC Data". Then open charts for the NASDAQ TotalView symbols in that installation of Sierra Chart. Then remove all the charts from the installation that connects to Rithmic for those symbols.
