Hi, i contacted my Prop Firm to solve some losses, they told me to contact sierra chart to resolve any problem from the root. i sent the message log to review in the platform. if for some reason you cant not acces the MesLog from 9:55 EST, here my recordings of the session:https://www.youtube.com/live/-70WkCKlLmU Problems arise in Min 9:40-10:35.
