Good morning, When I opened my charts this morning, no candles were forming. I tried downloading and installing the most recent version and received the following error message from Sierra Chart Installer: Error saving downloaded files to local system. Stopping installation. Check log. Press 'Install' to retry. Then I received a message from Sierra Chart stating: The configuration file size of 26 bytes is not the 626159 expected bytes to write. The configuration file might be corrupt. Can you help? Thanks so very much.

All seems to be working now and I was able to install version 2761. On another note... As I was working through this issue I noticed on my C: drive under the Sierra Chart folder I have 4 items listed as applications. I'm not sure if any of them are duplicates and can be deleted. I'd love to free up space but am concerned about deleting something that would accidentally delete my chart books, studies etc. Anyways, here they are: SierraChart - Type of file is Application (.exe) SierraChart_64 - Type of file is Application (.exe) SierraChart_ARM64 - Type of file is Application (.exe) SierraChartFileDownloader - Type of file is Application (.exe) Thanks so much. |

You can remove the "Sierrachart.exe" file. That is an old 32-bit version that will no longer work. The others need to stay. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
