DOM takes too much space. Also it doesn't show MBO

Hello, I need help reducing the space the DOM takes in my chartbook and I'm also wondering why resting orders MBO aren't showing even though I have package 12 with MBO. The DOM is taking more than 50% of the available screen especially when viewed on my laptop. That prevent me from seeing more of the footprint chart to the left. Help please. Thanks, Leonardo |

Refer to the following for how to adjust the size of the columns in the DOM.
