Hi, Could you please advise how I can access delayed Eurex data? I tried setting up the FDAX symbol, but no data is loading. I’m also receiving an error message saying: “Market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed.” Are delayed data available for FDAX? If so, could you please guide me on how to enable them? Thank you in advance for your help. |

In order to do what you are wanting, you will need to install a second Sierra Chart on your computer and then leave the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data". Since you are wanting the delayed data, you can install on the same computer or on two different computers - in either case there will not be any additional fees. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart The reason why you need to do the above is that you are connected to Rithmic. As such, the system is looking for the real-time data for EUREX and you are not able to get the delayed streaming data. With your "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data" on the other installation, you do not have this problem, and you will be able to get the delayed streaming data.
