In order to do what you are wanting, you will need to install a second Sierra Chart on your computer and then leave the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data". Since you are wanting the delayed data, you can install on the same computer or on two different computers - in either case there will not be any additional fees. As such, the system is looking for the real-time data for EUREX and you are not able to get the delayed streaming data. With your "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data" on the other installation, you do not have this problem, and you will be able to get the delayed streaming data.
