Hello - I just activated my account and I have a funded futures account that I'd like connect to receive Data Feed. When I enter my login info and press ok, it yes Logon unsuccessful Please see attached error message. I have tried multiple time and have confirmed my login with CQG. I just need the charts for analysis and not to do trades. Is there anything I could or is there another work around to receive the Data Feed? Thanks for your help! |

There is no image attached, but if you are getting a "Logon Unsuccessful", then this is from CQG and means that either your Username or Password are incorrect as they are entered in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window. You need to verify that both items are entered correctly. You can view the password by selecting the "View" button when the password field is selected. If the above does not resolve the issue, then what we have found works is to reset your password with CQG and then enter that new password in Sierra Chart. Please do not use CQG and move to Teton order routing: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions This is going to be a much better set up and you do not have to do any trading if you do not want to. You can just do charting. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
