There is no image attached, but if you are getting a "Logon Unsuccessful", then this is from CQG and means that either your Username or Password are incorrect as they are entered in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window. You need to verify that both items are entered correctly. You can view the password by selecting the "View" button when the password field is selected.

If the above does not resolve the issue, then what we have found works is to reset your password with CQG and then enter that new password in Sierra Chart.
