Settings got reset when I start the software

When I start the app just now I realised all my settings were reset.
My Chart settings, Tools settings, Control Bar Commands were reset.

Are there any ways I can get back the all settings ?

That is the correct documentation for what you needed to do.

We do not know why your settings would be reset. One possibility is if someone shared a chartbook and their settings file with you. But you should have had a notification on this and decided if you wanted to use that settings file or not.

My settings got reset again and these were the error messages I received when I start the app.
