Rithmic support has asked for you to send them my R | API logfiles for their team to review. Rithmic said that the Sierra Charts Support team will have access to your R | API logfiles.

That support person is not aware that Sierra Chart uses a special connection that was created by Rithmic. We do not connect to their R-Trader software. Therefore, there are no logs of the type they are referring to for Sierra Chart.

The only thing that might have some information is the Sierra Chat Message Log, accessed through "Window >> Message Log", but we do not think that whatever they are looking for will be found there.

What exactly is the issue you are having?

Their feed into Sierra Charts is taking about 15 minutes to populate the charts for about the last 3 days. Not all the time but many times it takes that long. I think something has changed on their end over the last few days but I am not sure.
