That support person is not aware that Sierra Chart uses a special connection that was created by Rithmic. We do not connect to their R-Trader software. Therefore, there are no logs of the type they are referring to for Sierra Chart.

The only thing that might have some information is the Sierra Chat Message Log, accessed through "Window >> Message Log", but we do not think that whatever they are looking for will be found there.
