I have a chart which display market stats for symbols like XLX and XLY and it was working fine. Last few days it stoped working, price level works on the main chart area but the added symbols does not show correct data. See attached.

What you are seeing was due to a problem with the NASDAQ TotalView data from last Friday. You need to follow these instructions to redownload the data starting from before where the data is not showing properly:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

We are not seeing any issues with the data at this time.

Please open an individual chart for XLK-NQTV and see if the data is showing correctly in that chart. If it is, then it should show correctly in the "Add Additional Symbol" study.

If there is a problem with the data in the single chart for the symbol, then use the "Delete Data and Download" option as specified here:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

If this does not correct the data, let us know.

Please do what we requested in Post #4 and open a new chart for XLK-NQTV and see how that chart looks and correct it if necessary.

We recommend doing a full re- download of all of the data for the NQTV symbols:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
