Hi I am trying to see a ES chart using the correct expiration date yet the platform lags and can never open the chart. Since Ive opened the account I could have not seen a chart. I also want intend to paste a chartbook link from an existing template yet it does not open any chart, let me know. Thank you

You are still on a Trial. As such, you have limited data you have access to, which means that you can not open a chart for ES.
