Reseller Program

Sierra Chart offers a reseller program where Sierra Chart is provided to an authorized reseller and the reseller has the ability to resell Sierra Chart at any price. The reseller is billed a discounted price per user.

Below are the details of this program.

• Sierra Chart service packages 3 and 5 are available to be resold. The pricing depends upon the number of users. The initial discount is approximately 10% off the listed prices.
• As a reseller, you will collect money from your users and make a payment monthly to Sierra Chart. Various payment methods are supported.
• You will be provided a web-based control panel to create and manage Sierra Chart accounts.
• You should only consider this if you expect to have 10 or more users per month.
• If there are any user accounts active on your reseller account, the minimum charge is the cost of 5 user accounts for an entire month.
• White labeling support for changing the name "Sierra Chart" throughout the program and website to the name of your choice. This white labeling feature is also available separately from having a reseller account and acting as a reseller of Sierra Chart.
• Support for changing the icon at the top left of the main Sierra Chart window to your own custom icon. The icon on the desktop to start Sierra Chart can also be changed to your custom icon.
• Your Sierra Chart reseller account must be prepaid. What this means is that when you activate an account, and your cost for the user account is 20 USD for one month of Sierra Chart service package 3 for a user, your reseller account must have at least 20 USD in its Services Balance.
• To get started Create a Sierra Chart Account, and start an Account Support Ticket requesting this service. You may be asked some additional questions. You will need to provide a website address and billing details. A decision will be made whether to grant you reseller access.

• It is supported to programmatically create Sierra Chart accounts and activate them which will then have them billed to your own reseller account. For the documentation refer to Web API.
• Upon 90 days notice Sierra Chart can terminate a reseller account but is not likely to do so. The reseller can terminate the account at any time with notice to Sierra Chart, but will be liable for any amount still owed at that time.
• Sierra Chart will provide 30 days notice of any price changes.
