CTS T4 position shows weird price after Sierra restarted

There is a problem with CTS T4 trade service. After Sierra Chart restarted, the method GetInternalPosition returns weird AveragePrice value 0.0001 for the contract 6SM3. It returns correct value for the contract 6EM3 as the screenshot shows.

I used to trade the symbol 6S via TT FIX trade service and never had such issues. So, the problem is probably pertinent to CTS T4 and the symbol 6S in particular (may be some others too). My FCM is Phillip Futures.
Thank you.

Correction. Trade activity logs attached show weird prices for both contracts 6EM3 and 6SM3.

I also checked trade activity logs of account that is traded via SC and CTS T4 but with another FCM. Although the log for 6EM3 contains a lot of "Unmatched Fill" records, all prices look good. It looks like there is something wrong with configuration of the link between SC and CTS T4 in my case. Please advise how to fix it?

We do not have control over the fill data received from the T4 system. The only thing we can recommend that you do is delete the Trade Activity fill data for the symbol and start fresh or correct it. Please refer to the documentation here:

Well, the screenshot of CTS T4 books may explain where the price of 0.0001 for the contract 6SM3 came from. It still cannot explain where SC got 429496.7187 from for 1 contract of 6SM3 and 5653035810.8713 for 1 contract of 6EM3.

I could not take a screenshot when I discovered the issue because my access to CTS T4 was locked out shortly after that. I took the screenshot immediately after the access was restored at the start of the US session. So, no trades were made during the lock out period.
