Hi John / Sierra, Following is an issue I am having. would be grateful if you can guide accordingly Single Prints in TPO - Display option Chosen is Extend Singles - End of window Single Print is showing correctly at 5164.75 However when the Chart is expanded to see clearly what is happening in the recent few days, the Single Print showing disappears (Even though the Option chosen remains same ie Extend Singles : End of Window) Please kindly view attached Screenshots SS1 - As you can see the Single Print is showing correctly at 5164.75. The Option Chosen is Extend Singles: End of Window However when the Chart is expanded to see clearly what is happening in the recent few days, the Single Print showing disappears (Even though the Option chosen remains same ie Extend Singles : End of Window) SS2 - As you can see in the above Screenshot the Single Print does not show now. This is because the Single Print initiated on April 15Th and the Screen shows earliest date as April 24Th. Only when I scroll behind to see April 15Th will the Single Print show up or If I condense the screen like in Screenshot 1 does the Single Print display Kind Regards |

What you are seeing is the correct functioning of the system. You will only see extension lines for the profiles that are visible. As a profile moves off the visible area the extension lines are no longer visible.

Thanks John, Please kindly see the attached Screenshots and that could perhaps explain the issue in more detail as I see it SS1 - Weekly TPO (A Single Print was initiated at 5167 on April 15Th 2024. This Single Print is NOT being displayed in this Chart. Option Chosen to display Single Print = Extend to End of Window). Please Note this Day (April 15Th 2024) and Week are VISIBLE in the Window SS2 - Daily TPO (RTH & ON) (The Single Print initiated at 5167 on April 15Th 2024 shows correctly on this Chart). Please Note this Day (April 15Th 2024) is VISIBLE in the Window Kind Regards |

SS1 - Weekly TPO (A Single Print was initiated at 5167 on April 15Th 2024. This Single Print is NOT being displayed in this Chart.
That is not a single print on weekly TPO. It's overlapping prior price (from Sunday 14th globex), so by definition cannot be a single. |
