charts are not updating market real data

Hi Support, My charts are not updating market real-time data in the last US trading hour, it has never happened before. I have tried the function of "Edit - delete all data and download". I have also tried to dis connect and re connect the data. My candle stick charts look like they are stuck at one price that price level is moving but candle sticks are not updating or loading to catch up the price. I have checked my account and data feed, everything seems fine. Can you please advise on this matter. Many thanks DD

Hi John, Thank you for your reply. The issue happened yesterday was suddenly missing data on candle sticks charts. I have attached a pic below for you to review. You can see there is empty space where candle sticks were not showing up and it is still leaving an empty gap. can you please advise what can be the reason caused this issue despite I am getting back market data today.
