Time and Sales Window Problem

Hello, I have a problem concerning the Time and Sales window inside of the Sierra Chart platform/program that I am using in my imac M1 computer.

I am currently subscribed to the service package 12 and when I open the time and sales window for the NAS100 symbol I encounter the following problem.

The window of the time and sales data opens perfectly and I can see the different market orders that are being put inside of the market. But when I try to tweak a bit the parameters ("Settings") of the window, I stop receiving data. For example, when I try to put the parameter "Volume >=" inside of the "Input Filtering" section, to a value greater than 5 and hit apply, then the data stops coming and the Time and Sales window just goes blank without any data being received afterwards. This also happens if I for example put 2 as a value or whichever number.

Is there a way that I can fix this or a reason that this is happening?

It is really furstrating to try and "read" the data of the Time and Sales window when the data is displaying each and every order that is being placed individually and thus one cannot make a corrrect judgement of the market conditions whilst this way of display is being shown.

For FOREX and CFDs, there is no volume data so every trade is a quantity of 1. Therefore filtering out all the trades of 1 will remove all trades. Refer to the following:
