Trade Executions Not Showing

Good Morning, This morning I executed a trade on one of my charts, but by accident I switched out of it and when I got back the trade did not show up. I used a different chart to manage the trade and when I exited there are lines showing the execution on that chart either. I have 3 charts open and only one of them shows the P/L and it's not the one I executed on. All settings for the charts appear to be the same, why can't I see executions and P/L on them? Update: The issues are on the second Sierra Chart account I opened over the weekend, I just opened my first one and I can see the executions on that one. Also, my second account seems frozen, market data appears to be connected but nothing is happening. First account not having that issue |

We are not understanding the exact situation you are trying to describe. Keep in mind that only orders will be shown for the selected trading account. Refer to the following: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Enabling Display of Orders and Trade Position, and Configuration of Orders and Trade Position Display For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. To clarify, I installed a second Sierra Chart on a new computer and was trading on that new computer. Same account though. I did not see my executions on the new computer but was able to see them on the old one
