Rithmic data not allowing me to get filled

I have been using rithmic data and i am not getting filled for any of my trades. In the near past, i was having issues with my attached orders. They wouldn't take me out of my position. They only closed one contract. I had to manually exit my positions. Please help.

Try to place an order and if it still does not work, then select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and post the contents of that log to this thread for us to review. It should give information on why there was an order rejection.
