Limit order not showing up on DOM / Chart

Please see attached screenshots. This is an issue all the sudden, never a problem before. Just opened the chart and now its a problem. If I enter an order on the DOM, it doesn't show up on the chart. If I enter an order on the chart, it doesn't show up on the DOM. If I flip over to SIM mode, it works fine and the orders show up as they should.
