Hi I'm trading throught Sierra Charts with Rithmic datafeed. Lately I had some problems with the feed due to a low internet speed. I mean if I ping a server in Italy I get a great result but if I ping and mesure the connection speed with an IP in Chicago I get a very poor result. At rithmic they suggested me this: "Since you are connecting from Italy to our servers in Chicago, we can offer you a connect point in Ireland which will be closer to you and might be more stable. You would need to either configure this in Sierra Charts or work with Sierra Charts to set this up. Let me know " How can I do it with Sierra? they also sent me the Configuration and Parameters for "Rithmic 01 -Europe": Configuration and Parameters for "Rithmic 01 - Europe" ====================================================== We recommend that you use the configurations below as we have specified them.
