Over the next 3 to 4 months, we are going to phase out support for email alerts altogether. At some point, email alerts will no longer be supported and this matter is final and we will not change our decision on that. You will be able to receive alerts, through Telegram and also our own alert application which you can access on a browser or phone. There are too many associated problems with email alerts. Email delivery is simply unreliable. We cannot guarantee delivery at all. And it creates a problem of our reputation for delivering the emails that are not associated with alerts and delivery of those is blocked or delayed. The very simple fact is email is a major problem on the Internet. It has become unreliable due to abuses from others. Update: SMS message support for alerts is being discontinued March 20, 2024.
