We think CTS is a good choice and you should stay with them. The most recent issue was very quickly resolved. Our perspective is a little different than a users perspective. Since Rithmic uses an API in process component to connect and being demo accounts often have problems connecting because Rithmic is blocking them, we are not really that happy technically with the Rithmic interface. However, for the user who has a live trading account, and sees that the Rithmic connection works very well for them, none of that is really relevant to them.
