You need to refer to the doc here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php The background coloring type should be set to Dominant Side or Dominant Side Auction. The thresholds are controlled with the Column Compare Thresholds, and you specify three values to determine which color to be used (i.e. "200,300,400" to specify 200%, 300%, and 400%).
