Wire Transfer Payments

Introduction

Sierra Chart supports direct EUR wire transfer payments. Euro payments are supported in the EU and SEPA.

Payment details are below.

In the case of customers in the US who have a US bank accounts, you can pay in USD using the Zelle payment option.

Instructions

Follow the instructions below to make a wire transfer payment to your Sierra Chart account. Any banking fees on your side, are your responsibility. Sierra Chart does not charge any fees for receiving these currencies.

1. Make a payment to the below wire transfer details:

2. In the Reference field specify your Sierra Chart account name/username. You can find this within your installation of Sierra Chart under Help >> About >> Username.
3. There are no minimum payment requirements. However, we recommend not sending less than 50 EUR.
