As of July 28, 2025, Sierra Chart can no longer accept wire transfer payments. The financial service provider that we used for wire transfers is closing our account due to the fact that they are claiming that Sierra Chart is a Forex/CFD/options/binary options trading platform. This is an incorrect description for Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart is a general-purpose charting and trading program that can work with many external services. Sierra Chart can be used to chart anything even things that are not financial related. Our customers are just using it for charting or trading futures markets. Anyway there is nothing we can do.

Therefore, do not send wire transfer payments to Sierra Chart through the bank account numbers previously on this page. The payment will be returned to you!

We are looking at another option to receive wire transfers. In the case of customers in the US who have a US bank accounts, you can pay in USD using Zelle.
