Zelle

Introduction

Sierra Chart supports payments by Zelle. This is for United States bank accounts.

For United States customers or those with US bank accounts, we want this to become the main method by which users pay us since there are no associated fees with this.

Most US banks should support this payment option. It is supported through most online banking systems.

Instructions

Follow the instructions to make a payment through Zelle.

1. Log into your bank account and go to the Zelle payment option.
2. Send a payment to zelle@sierrachart.com.
3. In the Memo field, specify your Sierra Chart account name/username. You can find this within your installation of Sierra Chart under Help >> About >> Username.
4. Specify the amount that you want to pay and send the payment.
5. Your Sierra Chart account will be credited for the amount you sent in full as soon as it is received.
