Oops ... forgot to mention that RBV and RSV stand for recent bid volume and recent ask volume that are not displaying in my DOM.

Check to ensure that those really are the "Recent Bid Volume" and "Recent Ask Volume" columns. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) Then make sure the color of the text for those columns is not set to be the same as the background.
