how can i create an alert for when price comes within x ticks of the previous month's TPO POC?

also, why are my monthly TPO charts not showing a proper histogram (i see only a vertical column) (however the volume profile is correct) ? thanks.

i have resolved issue#2 by using 1 Day Historical for chart settings. when using 1 Month Historical, as i was, i suppose there is not enough data to compute the TPO.
