Compact Tool Values Window not showing all enabled values

Hello Support, I have a problem with Compact Tool Values window on one of the charts - for some reason it is missing the "High" value. All settings are enabled and appear to be exactly the same as on other charts. Images attached. I have searched the board for similar threads but no earlier offered resolutions are addressing the problem. Could you please advise on what the problem may be? |

We want you to duplicate that chart with Chart >> Duplicate Chart. And then remove all studies from the chart and make sure those Values to Display options are enabled. Hi, I have done as you've requested (duplicated the chart and no studies are currently present on the chart). The issue seems to be caused by a Heiken-Ashi study - after removing it the missing value in the Chart Value Window has been now showing. Same exact chart for all other symbols (YM, RTY and ES) don't have this issue. Only chart for NQ. I have duplicated one of the working charts and replaced the one that is having the issue. Yes we thought that was the problem. In this case the High has a value of zero.
