Missing native study: Cumulative Delta Bars - Bid Volume vs Ask

Dear Sierra Chart support, I'm currently unable to find the native study "Cumulative Delta Bars - Bid Volume vs Ask Volume" (Study ID: 233) in my installation [Versione SC: 2755 / 64-bit]. It is missing from the “Add Study” list despite having a clean, updated installation and antivirus exclusions properly set. I initially suspected a conflict with third-party studies (such as TFWXStudies.dll), which are automatically downloaded via your remote study distribution system. However, even removing or renaming those DLLs does not prevent them from being redownloaded at startup. I cannot find a way to disable this behavior. Could you please: Confirm why the native study (ID 233) is not appearing in my installation; Temporarily disable remote custom study downloads for my account; Provide a way to force a clean load of studies6.cpp.dll with all standard studies. This study does not exist. There is no study with that name. And study ID 233 is related to a Bollinger Bands study.
