Hi SC Team,

When using the ratio comparison method of https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudiesReference.php&ID=386#VolumeAtPriceThresholdAlertV2, i also need to active the "volume threshold" or "additional volume threshold" funciton.
It's useless when it marked a group of very small ask/bid volume numbers with big ratio.

Our apologies for how long it has taken us to get back to you on this.

To begin with, we are not understanding this statement:
When using the ratio comparison method of https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/StudiesReference.php&ID=386#VolumeAtPriceThresholdAlertV2, i also need to active the "volume threshold" or "additional volume threshold" funciton.

If you have set the Input for "Comparison Method" to "Ask Volume Bid Volume Ratio" or "Ask Volume Bid Volume Diagonal Ratio", then the Input that controls the level at which the alerts will be noted is the "Percentage Threshold". Refer to the "Percentage Threshold" at the following link:

I mean I want both "Percentage Threshold" and "Volume Threshold" in ratio comparison.

For example, there are two cases, one is bid=1 and ask=3, the other is bid=50 and ask=150, when I set the percentage threshold to 300%, the two cases are all satisfied, i was thinking if I set volume threshold to 50, the first case can be filtered. Because the number of 1 or 3 is too small for me, even though they also meet the 300% percentage threshold.

We have set this as a Feature Request. We take all requests, but we cannot say when we would get to any particular item.
