Hi I have an active topstep account but can't connect to it. It gives me the 'permission denied' connection error message. The username and password have been entered correctly as per the setup instructions for sierra, as I have done previously with no issues. Connecting to Apex account gives me no issues however. Also, there are no messages in the trade service log. Pls help resolve the issue. Thanks Umair |
