I'm not receiving Real Time Data

Hello,

I just reactivated Denali - Activated Exchange: CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. However, I'm still not receiving the real time data after trying to fix it. The bars are missing. I tried reconnecting and other methods mentioned and still can't fix it. Could you help me address this issue please?
