Hello, posting here in addition to private thread. I checked the documentation and I'm dealing w/ the situation where my services were deactivated at end of month due to insufficient balance. I made a payment to cover the balance, but when I selected the option to renew, I still get an error message. Action Result: Failed to set Service Package to ... option.... Insufficient balance to activate service...
Full screenshot of error message is in the private support thread.I spent a reasonable amount of time in the documentation and can't really figure this out - unless payment is still pending. But normally it would not take this long. I also just logged into the live account to ensure I meet the CME requirements. Please advise, as I'd like to be back up and running prior to the weekend if possible, thanks. |
