Hi SC support , have real time data feed but my DOM don`t show up recent bid and ask volumes while other data as Bid / ask/price and current traded bid and ask volumes are shown.. appreciate your help.

Please verify that the columns you have displayed and labeled as "RBV" and "RAV" are really the "Recent Bid Volume" and "Recent Ask Volume" columns. Those columns will only display values when there is trading activity. And make sure, this Chart Setting for all charts, for that symbol is set to 0: Chart Settings: Clear Recent Bid Ask Volume Inactive Time in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
