recent bid and ask volume in DOM

Hi SC support , have real time data feed but my DOM don`t show up recent bid and ask volumes while other data as Bid / ask/price and current traded bid and ask volumes are shown.. appreciate your help.

Please verify that the columns you have displayed and labeled as "RBV" and "RAV" are really the "Recent Bid Volume" and "Recent Ask Volume" columns. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific)

If they are the correct columns, then get us that Trading DOM by following these instructions:

Those columns will only display values when there is trading activity.


And make sure, this Chart Setting for all charts, for that symbol is set to 0:
Chart Settings: Clear Recent Bid Ask Volume Inactive Time in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)
