unable to verify sierra account name/username when doing live trading setup request AMP

Hi, I've updated my sierra chart email to match my amp portal email address in order to verify and activate teton routing.I m still getting a "Failed to verify" error in the AMP platform setup portal. i did contact their customer support and they said can't do anything on their end, could you please guide me through what can done?
