i have got some problem so i cant trade so i want to stop it no need to refund just stop the remaining days

We do not have a way to "Pause" a subscription. And we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Refer to our Refund policy here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Refunds Since you only have 28 days of Usage Time remaining, we cannot refund this. We have set your account to not renew. Therefore, after May 26, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. We have also "deactivated" the exchange that you had active. This means that you will stop getting real-time data on May 1, 2025. If you will be using Sierra Chart in May, then you might want to re-activate the exchange and allow it to renew on May 1, 2025.
