Hi. I have purchased a topstep rithmic account in order to trade on sierra chart and according to my knowledge i have done everything right but i cant open a trade on this account. I need your help with it. I have attached the screenshot of pop up message when i open any trade. Looking forward to hear your reply.

You need to ask TopStep about that message. It is coming from Rithmic, which they use for their order routing.
