Hello,

From time to time my paper account has been reset without my request.

What should i do to stop this ?

All are cleared , gone like if i had opted por "Clear Simulation and Data"

This is not really relevant to the issue but you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Update with Help >> Download Current Version.

We see you are using the SC Forex Data service.

In this case, all simulated trading data is held within Sierra Chart.

Increase the value for Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Number of Days to Save in Trade Activity Log >> Simulation.


On that same window you may want to enable Save Replay/Back test Trade Activity
