Sell stop line not showing

For some reason, the sell stop line will not show up for some reason. I am using 2 separate accounts one for buying and one for selling and the buy stop line always appears but the sell stop line does not. The orders are both going through and I see both bug and sell orders in the orders and position windows as it happens. (Both under separate accounts)

If anyone has advice I’d appreciate the help.

Orders and positions only show for a single account at a time on a chart. The particular account they show for is determined by the selected account on the Trade Window. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

For what you are doing, you would need to have 2 different charts open, one to display the orders and positions for one account, and another to show the orders and positions for the other account.

That is what I have, I have 2 completely separate Sierra charts running from 2 separate folders on the computer (2 paths). one for buying and one for selling. but for some reason, the buy stop line is showing on both charts. and the sell stop line is not showing at all. but both buy and sell orders and active. but for some reason, the sell side will activate the sell stop (unseen on chart) but not activate it when price hits nor does it show the take profit nor activate.

Do you see the orders in the Trade >> Trade Orders Window in both instances?

Are you using the Trading Evaluator service?

And make sure you are not using any client-side managed stop or target orders:
Order Types: Fully Client Side Managed Orders

Do not use those.

Yes, I am using the trading evaluator service. I am positive on this. as for the client side orders ill check those. If I am not suppose to be using trading evaluator for sim, what am I suppose to be using. I am using version 2752.
I am trying to use sim first before I go live. but want real time sim for this.
