Access Denied Error - Leaving after 10 Years as I just can't connect to my Rithmic Account

Dear Support Thank you for you help over the past decade, great platform. Summary Over the last 3 weeks I've tried pretty much everything including Rithmic password resets and different servers but I remain unable to connect to my account. Fortunately I have another platform that will allow me to connect and which must uses a different or it's own interface.
Sad to go but no choice. |

If you think, this posting means anything to us in regards to Rithmic, it does not. This is a strictly a Rithmic problem.
