I apparently didn't connect to the Denali data feed once a month - I was in Europe on vacation. Now I can't trade on my live account. What do I need to do to get this reinstated? Thanks!

When I switch to "SC Data - All Services", all I see in the chart Trade Window is "Sim1", not my live account number.

What you are seeing is correct for when you are connected to "SC Data - All Services", as that is not a connection to your live trading service. What trading service do you use? You do not need to change it. We just needed to know in order to point you to the proper instructions to connect to CQG. If you have not already done so, follow these instructions to make the connection to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You still do NOT have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We do not have connectivity with CQG for data from the CME Group and EUREX. We see that you previously had data from us for the CME Group. To get this data, activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- Separately - since you asked about changing service - although you do not need to, as noted above, if you are just trading the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing service with AMP.
