Question regarding Graph Draw Type = Point and Figure Bars

Hello, I've been looking for information in the documentation and forum on how to remove the small horizontal bars (pink & yellow, corresponding to open & close) you can see on the PnF Bars (please refer to the attached screenshot) : https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1744737411790.png I did not find any option to remove them or change color to transparent or reduce the size. Additionnal information : - Bar Period Type = Point and Figure Bar (BoxSize in ticks - ReversalSize) - Graph Draw Type = Point and Figure Bars Many thanks in advance for your help ! Best regards |

We are not certain how you have your chart setup that you are getting that particular look, so we do not know how to tell you to change it. Please get us that chart by following these instructions, and we'll see how you have this setup and let you know the options available. Since you are using the Point and Figure Bars for the Graph Draw Type, there is no option to remove the Open/Close markers on those bars. You can change the colors of the Open and Close markers with the Graphics Settings for "Bar Open" and "Bar Close". Changing these to the same as the background color is the only way to somewhat remove them. You will still see a black bar in the bar itself at those levels. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Bar Open Also, you can change the width of the "OHLC Bars" which will cut down on the length of the Open and Close markers. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: OHLC Width % (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) -- Separately - we are not sure how you got the bars to be displayed as they are in this chart. We can not get them to go back to what we would consider a "standard" look, no matter what we changed in the graphics settings. The above information is still valid, but if you want to bars to look different (not as thick) then we recommend starting a new chart and seeing if it matches more to the default look.
