Apex multiple accounts

Hi guys, Ive setup apex account through the DTC rithmic, but only one of my accounts is visible, all of them belong to one account. Is it because of my internet connectivity or theres something else that I have to do for them to even be visible. When i try the order allocation thing, only one account pops up. Could you please help me out with this, Thanks!

If you only see one account on your Trade Window, then that is the only account available from that connection. You would need to ask APEX about why your other accounts are not showing up.
