Dear SC Team, For some reason I was unable to open SC as usual, and had to put in my user name and password. The program opened but was not my copy but a non personalized copy with many, many file errors, making it unusable. I do not know how to install a clean, usable copy. Please advise. Exit from any instance of Sierra Chart which is currently running. Go to this folder on your computer: C:\SierraChart\ Run SierraChart_64.exe from this folder. Let us know when you run that Sierra Chart, you have your existing configuration. I went to C:\SierraChart\ and tried to open SierraChart_ARM64 and got this message This App can't run on your PC .It then said to seek out the App maker. Now what? Thank you, Tom |

Why are you trying to start the ARM version? Is there a reason for this? You should be starting the file named "SierraChart_64.exe". Keep in mind, depending on your computer setup, you may not see the .exe extension. I started the ARM version because there is no SierraChart_64 in the file, and being computer illiterate I didn't know what else to do. Thank you, Tom |

Yes, I finally found the file and downloaded SC. Now I cannot open a current chart as it says the network socket has been closed. Now what? Thank you, Tom |

A message about the network socket being closed is normal and can usually be ignored. Are you having a problem? If you are, what is the problem?

Go to this folder on your computer: C:\SierraChart\ And save this file there: https://download2.sierrachart.com//downloads/ZipFiles/SierraChart2752.zip And then extract the files from the zip file. Well we are finally making some progress, thankyou SC! I did what you said to do and now have access to live charts. However, when I tried to make an actual trade, it is always in simulation mode even though I have simulation turned off. Thank you, Tom |

Are you using the Teton order routing service, or some other order routing service (if so, which one)? Yikes, more problems. I am using the current version of SC and put i Titon and hit A. When I went to the next step to enter Service Listings, no lists are displayed, ie there is nothing to chose from. Hope you can help. Thank you, Tom |

After you select "Teton CME Routing" for your "Current Selected Service" the next item you need to select is the "Clearing Firm". There is nothing for selecting "Service Listings". Are you able to see the entry for "Clearing Firm" and are you able to select your Clearing Firm from the list? That should definitely not be occurring. Can you please get us an image of what you are seeing with the "Clearing Firm" option selected.
