Hi, I get my CME data through Denali, Eurex data through Interactive Brokers. Recently i was asked to update the IB API client, since then Eurex data is not working (historical data only supported with Denali). Other data (CAC40 eg through IB) is working fine in Sierrachart and Eurex is working in IB tradestation. Did anything change from Sierrachart side ? Thx |

For many months now EUREX data must come from the Denali Data Feed even when using Interactive Brokers. Since SC Release 2678 Release Date: 2024-09-17 and later, EUREX real-time data, must now come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for all Trading and Data services including Interactive Brokers
